Its Flu season again we are running clinics all through October and November, if you haven't managed to book an appointment you can drop into the surgery between 9am to 6:15pm to have your Flu Jab. Remember any patients with an eligible chronic disease, pregnant women, the over 65's, health care workers and carers can have a Flu Jab! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New Patient Registration

We welcome all requests for new patients to join our list who are resident in the postal areas below. All patients are registered with the practice; this means you can request to see any doctor within the practice, subject to availability.

When you first register you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and a registration form (purple GMS1). We will also require you to bring photographic ID this can be in the form of a passport, driving license, citizen card, NHS Smart card or other official government photographic identification.

You will be given an appointment to see the Health Care Assistant who will record detailed information regarding your present and past history while we are waiting for your full medical records to be sent to us.  Medical records can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on your previous address.
